The SmartSnugg clothing guide uses data about the thermal qualities of different layers of clothing and the average sleeping temperature range for children (within a sleeping bag), to work out different combinations.
Within the SmartSnugg App you have access to the full system. We cannot produce a hard copy of the full system but in this guide we give you access to the data we have about different layers and we give you example charts that provide recommendations to help your child sleep comfortably at either 30˚, 32˚ or 34˚ degrees. We selected these charts because we have found that the vast majority of babies sleep most comfortably within this range. Note: this is internal sleeping bag temperature, not your child's skin temperature.
After you add the Clothing Chart to your cart, proceed through the checkout process. You will be asked to provide some contact details but you will not be asked for your credit card (unless you are buying other items at the same time of course!). At the end of the process there will be a link for you to click to download the file to your device.
We are happy to provide this information to help our customers who wish to use the SmartSleepers and SmartBlankets without the SmartSnugg monitoring system. We cannot vouch of the accuracy of this data if you are using other sleeping bag brands as all of our testing has been carried out using our TOG Guaranteed products.
